At Vinyl Wrapping Australia, we strive to provide our customers with high quality vehicle-grade Vinyl Wrap, Tools, and Products. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund.


  1. Eligibility for Refunds:


Refunds are only applicable to unused and undamaged Vinyl Wrapping Australia products. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for vinyl wrap that has been cut, unpeeled, heat applied, installed, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 21 days from the date of purchase.


  1. Return Process:


If you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team at to initiate the return or refund process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.

Vinyl Wrapping Australia will hold full responsibility for organising the collection of the retuning product, to complete the return, the customer must print out a shipping label provided by our customer support team and attach it securely onto the original shipping box, this is essential for the return of the item.


  1. Refund Processing:


Once we receive the returned product in its original condition and packaging, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.

If the product is deemed eligible, we will proceed with processing the refund. Please note that it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If the purchase was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used during the purchase.


  1. Non-Refundable Items:


In addition to used or damaged vinyl wrap products, the following items are non-refundable:

Customized vinyl wrap orders that have been specially made or tailored to your specifications.

Shipping and handling charges incurred during the initial purchase.


  1. Exchanges:


We do not offer direct exchanges for vinyl wrap products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above, and once the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.


  1. Damaged or Lost Orders during Shipping:


In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost during shipping, we understand your concerns and assure you that we will assist you in resolving the issue. However, please note that we must follow the proper procedures with the shipping company and complete the claim process before being eligible for a refund or replacement this may take upwards of 4-5 months depending on the circumstances of the situation.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately and make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt or delivery documentation. Take photographs of the damaged package as well.

Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to report the issue and provide the necessary details, including the photographs of the damaged package.

If your order is lost during shipping and does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please inform us promptly so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping company.

After you have reported the issue to us, we will guide you through the required procedures and assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. Please note that the claim process may vary depending on the shipping provider and their policies.

Once the claim process is completed and the shipping company has approved the claim, we will offer you the option of a refund or a replacement for the damaged or lost items. The choice between a refund or replacement will be at our discretion, based on the circumstances of the specific case.

  1. Manufactures Warranty 


Vinyl Wrapping Australia, hereinafter referred to as "the distributor,” provides the following manufacturing warranty for the vinyl wrapping products, distributed manufactured and sold by Vinyl Wrapping Australia, hereinafter referred to as "the Products."


Warranty Coverage:

1.1 The Manufacturer warrants that the Products, when used and installed in accordance with the Manufacturer's guidelines, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

1.2 This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser ("the Customer") of the Products from Vinyl Wrapping Australia.


Warranty Claims:

2.1 In the event of a defect covered by this Warranty, the Customer must promptly notify Vinyl Wrapping Australia in writing, providing detailed information about the alleged defect and proof of purchase.

2.2 Vinyl Wrapping Australia may, at its sole discretion, require the Customer to return the defective Product or provide photographs or any other evidence to assess the claim.

2.3 The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the alleged defect in person or through a designated representative.


Warranty Remedies:

3.1 If a valid Warranty claim is determined, the Manufacturer will, at its option:

  1. a) Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product of equal or greater value; or
  2. b) Refund the original purchase price of the defective Product.

3.2 The Manufacturer's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product, as stated in section 3.1, and does not extend to any labor, removal, or installation costs associated with the Products.

3.3 The Warranty remedies provided under this Warranty are the Customer's exclusive remedies.


Warranty Exclusions:

4.1 This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  1. a) Improper installation or application of the Products;
  2. b) Failure to follow the Manufacturer's guidelines and instructions;
  3. c) Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, or degradation of the vinyl wrap due to exposure to weather conditions, sunlight, or chemicals;
  4. d) Accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or any other unauthorized modifications or alterations to the Products.

4.2 This Warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products.


General Provisions:

5.1 This Warranty represents the entire agreement between the Manufacturer and the Customer regarding the Products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

5.2 Any modifications or amendments to this Warranty must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

5.3 This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction].

5.4 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this Warranty, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may seek legal remedies as provided by law.
